The monthly rent for the 4 bedroom townhome is $2,550. Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Payment can be made by Venmo, PayPal or ZelleTransfer.

Lease Renewal is possible with a 60 day notice in advance. Either party may terminate the lease by providing a written notice 60 days in advance. Early termination may be subject to penalties as outlined in the lease agreement.

A security deposit of $2,550 is required at the signing of the lease agreement. All or a portion of this deposit will be held to cover any damages beyond normal wear and tear and outstanding rent. Full portion will be withheld if tenant terminates lease early.

The tenant agrees to promptly report any maintenance or repair issues to the landlord. The landlord will be responsible for repairs due to normal wear and tear, while the tenant will be responsible for damages caused by negligence or misuse. Tenant must return the premise in "broom-clean" condition.

The tenant must obtain written permission from the landlord before making any alterations or modifications to the townhome.

The tenant is responsible for all utilities, including electric, gas, and internet/cable. Landlord pays for water.

This 4 bedroom townhome is suitable for a maximum of 5 occupants. All occupants above the age of 18 must be listed on the lease agreement.

Only house-trained and potty-trained pets are allowed. Each pet requires a security deposit of $250.

There is to be no smoking inside of the home in any areas. No illegal activities on the premise.
