The neighborhood is home to a mix of institutions, including the Peabody Conservatory, Walters Art Museum, University of Baltimore, Maryland Historical Society, Maryland Institute College of Art, Joseph Meyerhoff Symphony Hall, Baltimore School for the Arts, Lyric Opera House, Center Stage along with plenty of the city's best bars and restaurants.

Each unit has a dishwasher, gas range and granite countertops. in the kitchens The units also have wood, laminate and ceramic tile floors along with drywall and exposed brick walls. Heating and cooling is provided by individual split-mini systems. 2 lucky units can take advantage of parking in the rear of the building for an additional $100 per month but there are plenty of monthly lots with a short walk of the building.
