7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageOak Grove High School ranks as one of the top schools in the state. It's a very large high school (1600+ students) with modern buildings and amenities. 6A sports programs. Lots of extracurricular programs and sports for the students. All of their girls and boys sports team are very competitive in the state, but their football program is consistently among the best in the state (6A State Champs 2020, 6A South State Champs 2018, 2019, 2020).Parent Review2y ago - Oak Grove Primary School

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMaybe a good school for regular children, but not very good for special needs children. The support system is lacking. Emphasis on paper work and signatures seems to take precedence over actually supportive assistance for the child.Other Review6y ago - Oak Grove Upper Elementary School

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageLuckily, this school is excellent since currently there are no alternatives without paying private tuition! Soon there will be another school, but for now at least you can feel good about sending your child here. Have had excellent teachers for both grades and feel that things are fairly well organized. Both teachers have been very involved and teach with a mixture of discipline and flexibilty that I believe works best with groups of children in this age group. PE twice a week, and art, music and library once. Computers and permethian (sp?) boards in every class.Parent Review12y ago - Check out schools near 15 Andover.

"I've lived in Hattiesburg for a little over a year now. So far, no one knows how to drive, the infrastructure is terrible, traffic is bad, and there is a disproportionate amount of crime considering how small the city is. My family is only here for as long as we have to be for medical school. We cannot wait to leave."
