Tired of the hustle and bustle of city life? If you love nature, wildlife, a quiet setting and lots of solitude on a 5-acre property, then you'll love our luxurious yurt studio overlooking canyon views in the Santa Cruz Mountains.

There are TWO yurts at your disposal. The primary yurt acts as your studio that includes a full kitchen. The secondary yurt acts as your bathroom and laundry room. Both yurts share our 5-acre property with the main house (landlord residence). Driveway parking for up to two vehicles. We are located within 10 minutes of Soquel Drive and 41st Avenue and about 8 miles (18 mins) to UC Santa Cruz campus. Maximum 1 - 2 tenants. Truly, a very unique living experience. This is a very safe and very secure location.

Viewing by appointment only. Applications to be handed out at time of visit. There are no application fees.
