Therefore we will be clear, this is not a 6 month rental. Its 2 month rental and you can extend. See below. 2 months is to be paid upfront. 700+700. And 300 security For example if you start using the room nov 4, you will pay for 2months nov 4 to Dec 4, Dec 4 to Jan 4. People just don’t clean their properties as they should. There is often trash and debris along with animal feces from pet owners that don’t pick up. That reflects on the neighborhood negatively."

    "As far as I know there hasn't been any kind of events. There is hardly any parking due to cars that has been left on the street since 2015 and 2017. Trash isn't collected but once every other week. The driveway has tremendous huge holes and alot of trash. "
