Split floor plan, 1 car garage, large corner lot, nice neighborhood, close to the airport, I-95, South Carolina, and Gulfstream. About 25 miles from Hunter Army Airfield. Effingham Schools are some of the best in the Savannah area.

Pet Policy: One Pet OK with a non-refundable $400 pet fee and an additional $50 to the rent. No aggressive breeds.

Application fee is $75 for one adult or $125 for a married couple. Please note we screen all applicants, including the current and past rental history, credit check, employment and income stability, and other data to assess potential risk. We don't accept applicants who have been served with a past or present eviction notice, or applicants who have defaulted on prior rental agreements.

Evidence of Renter's insurance is required prior to moving in. Non-smoking policy enforced.

Tenants responsible for all utilities, pest control, yard maintenance, changing the HVAC filters monthly, and an annual HVAC maintenance fee of $150.
