The teachers have little or no support for people with (Autism, ADHD, etc...) and they get bullied as well. The school food sucks and its overpriced. Teachers practically just read off a book and call it a day of teaching. And they also don't remind you at all if you forgot any work. Some of teachers are way too strict or way too lenient. (One teacher took away my summerfest for playing games in class once, even though I had 1/3 strikes.) I have 5 kids- 3 already out of elementary age- and 2 are in the school now! The school was AMAZING - in the past ! I can’t believe its the same school anymore! Teachers are not caring or engaging.Parents are no longer invited to be involved, no more award ceremonies, no AR program , their students of the month program is biased , and in general it feels that the school is riding the COVID excuse in order to avoid parents involvement! I prefer this school over the private schools with a top notch education system. Well rounded, the counselors are the best and the teachers have an open communication system with the parents. The sports programs rank very high in the state. My oldest grandson is graduating this year with the youngest a freshman.
