Spacious home for rent. It has three bedrooms, one bath, a kitchen with dishwasher and lots of counter/cabinet space, large living room, and very large den, which could also be used for a fourth bedroom. There is also a nice size deck off of the den. It has a gas furnace for the heat and also uses gas for the water heater and stove. It has central air for the summer. All rooms were freshly painted when we bought it and new carpet was installed in the living room and den. The bedrooms all have hardwood flooring while the hall, bathroom, and kitchen have laminate flooring. All bedrooms, the living room, and kitchen have ceiling fans. There's a storage area in the basement and washer and dryer hook ups. Washer and dryer is not included. The house is within walking distance of the park, schools, and town. Small fenced in yard. NO SMOKING OR VAPING inside the house. No pets. Must have references. Utilities, i.e., gas, electric, city water, and trash pick up, are the responsibility of the tenant and must be put in the tenants name before moving in. Lawn care will also be the responsibility of the tenant. First months rent and security deposit equal to one months rent will be due upon signing the lease but we can work with you on that. Rent will be based on the lease you choose, i.e., month to month lease is $900, six month lease is $850, or 12 month lease is $800. Obviously the 12 month lease is cheapest because we would prefer people to sign a 12 month lease. Preference will also be given to those who choose a 12 month lease.
Our last tenant was there for three years and was a great one. We try to take care of our things and want people who will do the same.
Utilities and lawn care are the responsibility of the renter.
