"Great place to live, lived here for 25 years. Peaceful, thank god never been robbed. Easy access to expressway is convenient also. Have my own business 3 minutes from home. Looking forward on buying more houses as an investment here in Palmview. I highly recommend Palmview for anyone looking to buy or build a home. Just make sure you buy a property the is not a flood zone, careful on that. Palmview is growing fast, we’re getting good local restaurants close my home. Looking forward staying here to live for the rest of my life, wouldn’t change it for anything."

"It’s a really calm and crimeless neighborhood. It is safe for kids and as well really close to the schools. I really love living in this neighborhood as it is the best to raise your child or children."
