About this House

Freshly painted home, new flooring and new appliances. The roof will be done in July. The house is ready to moving July 1 or later in July. Please understand I am only showing the apartment to applicants, you must fill out an application with a credit over 650 and civil check no evictions, good renter. As for section 8 I am participating but do not have a lead certificate in hand.

You will pay half month rent ($850) in July if you want to move in in July. Prefer someone can move in someday in July.
Owner pays for water with a written agreement. Furniture removal is tenants responsibility.Renter responsible for gas and electric. Last month's rent due at signing.
