"Too many crazy drivers, especially the bus drivers. School times are when it’s the worst. Too many parties, and fireworks for the comfort of any of my dogs. "
  • Christina A.
"great place to live. lots of friendly neighbors. tightly knit community. I have been here for 10 months and I love it "
  • Rgriffinwest@yahoo.com
"The commute is still ok, construction is making it a little difficult, to get on US#1 is very bad, school zone traffic is harder in the morning afternoon not as bad"
  • Davidrosell77
"No public activities, the neighborhood is safe at least I did not have any incident in two years , but because I Live in close gate community "
  • Rgriffinwest@yahoo.com
"There are many families in our neighborhood and the park offers baseball, football, track and field, dance, cheerleading and a wide variety of churches and shopping. The schools are in walking distance."
  • Joseph
"Very easy nice area , great neighborhood convenient and beautiful location very affordable and quiet peaceful and landscaping is wonderful "
  • Cristina
"Close to turnpike and hospitals twenty five minutes to the beach, south beach unless you hit Miami traffic then it will take you five hours "
  • Tina
"Some neighbors are coke heads or sell coke ... there’s always people out wondering the streets past midnight and you can’t see them because it’s so dark. They’re never on the side walks"
  • Cameshia S.
"For October 31st the neighboring churches get together and have a huge carnival for the children. Instead of being in harms way, the community celebrates together in a calm and safe environment. For Christmas, the community gets together again and provide the community with Santa who flies in on the park via helicopter, talent shows, carnival, and food.... We have an awesome community!!!"
  • Cameshia S.
"Our neighborhood is a big happy family. We speak to each other in the morning/noonday/evening. We congratulate one another on big milestones. We share each other’s grief. I just love Richmond Heights as a whole."
  • Vickieydonaldson
"Most parts are nice and peaceful. People who live here have lived here for most of their lives, the neighborhood is ageing."
