There are washer and dryer hookups in the little utility room, the back patio has a pet door into the kitchen, an over sized single-car garage, plus a little fenced yard with trees (You Must Like Yardwork!). Tenant pays all utilities, A pet is most welcome (most breeds), but Two years veterinary records are required with verification that all shots are current (or proof of licensing).     "There’s a walking/bike path that goes a few miles. Starting near shopping and bus lines it goes around parks and school, even a tennis court. Lots of grass along the way for your dog to relieve himself. Most people are decent enough to clean it up. The path ends up over near a river and a new path that runs another direction along nature area with wildlife for your dog to bark at. "
