"Safe area but they should still lock doors and close garage doors. And be sure young kids are supervised alone or near ponds, & lakes. "

"There are sidewalks on all city streets on both sides except for cal-de-sacs. Dogs must be leashed. There is a limit of three dogs per household. "

"Lots of dogs in the area. Everyone is really friendly to dogs and is always looking out for one another. On many occasions when our dog has gotten out on accident, different neighbors have been so kind to help return him home. "

"The neighborhood is friendly and safe. I love that there’s easy access to the local businesses. I love the Friday night concerts in the summer at Kelly Park. I love the dog park, and I love that there’s diversity in the community. There are a lot of families in the community and from my experience, we look out for each other. "

"The homes are not too close together, the homes have big yards and lots of space. You gave privacy yet you have great neighbors to socialize with. It's the older neighborhood but lots of younger families starting to move in."
