Large master bedroom with big closet on the second level, aproxi 400 SF. , the rent includes utilities,(Water, Gas, Electric, high speed 5G WIFI). queen size bed, nice wood desk and chair , four big windows lots of sunshine, sofa, private bath, free parking on the street,. mini friz . microwave, TV, rugs are all in the room. Refinishing bath tub, new mini blinds for all 4 big windows. Limit use of kitchen, Air Fryer, Microwave, eggs boiler, Toaster--etc. Laundry room has both washer and dryer set can be used anytime.

Tenant must pay one month security deposit and one month advance rent, lease is month by month and require 1 month notice for both parties to terminate the lease.

House is located in a very safe quiet neighborhood, good location, close to supermarket, CVS , Aldi, 7 mins drive to metro ( red line ) Glenmont Station and ten min to white oak FDA. 5mins to ICC200, 20 mins drive to Rockville.

We are looking for professional people must keep the entire environment nice and clean , nonsmoking, no drug and no PET , no overnight guests in the entire house. This is a big house but NOT a group house, only 4 people living here includes my wife and me.

    "Although I don’t depend on public information the commute is quite average. Whenever there is road work during rush hours there’s always a delay sometimes more than other especially on route 32 with sometimes major road work. Of late it has gotten much better because most of the work seems to be done. I must give the workers a big thank you for the exceptional work they have done even though the weather was so hot most of the time. Thank you from all the commuters of route 32. It is such a pleasure driving there now that it’s not that narrow and winding as before. Thank you workers for all your hard work. May God bless you and your family. "
