A Tivo DVR is also included and is compatible with over-the-air TV (roof-mounted antenna included) and Cable (cable would require tenant to purchase subscription).
The TV is paired with a 5.1 Surround Sound system (the left, center, and right channel speakers will be bracketted with the TV, and two recessed in-ceiling speakers serve the left/right rear surround channels. The subwoofer is placed at the front. The speakers will be amplified by a Denon receiver).
All other furniture to be supplied by tenant.
