It has just been freshly painted, clean , quiet and safe. Located in a great neighborhood of walnut creek. It has a full kitchen with fridge, gas stove, microwave and plenty of cabinet space. Also bathroom with everything you need. The room is small and cozy. It will fit a queen size bed or smaller and a couple of other small furniture pieces. If you dont' have a lot of furniture and clutter this place is perfect. You will have a closet for your clothes and shoes with overhead storage. Outside will be a shed for boxes and seasonal items. Private Washer and dryer provided for the tenant.

The unit is attached to a house but completely private with side entrance. Parking for you vehicle will be right out front in the street, safe, queit place. Parking is never an issue here since its a coldesac. Leave your phone if you want to come see it. Place is empty and ready to move in.Require you work full time, first , and $1500deposit.

Lots of natural light and storage and closet as well.

Monthly Utilities: $150 includes PG&E, water, garbage, WiFI internet

Unfortunately not everyone respects this rule so I’ve seen awful situations where some dogs are on leash and some are not. The dogs on leash are threatened because they’re leashed and bad situations arise. Also, many people don’t clean up after their dogs. Disrespectful and entitled people exist.
