There is a dryer that can remain for the tenant's use should they like to use it. However, can bring their own washer and electric dryer. The fireplace is not for use. There are 2 in line parking spots on the right side of the driveway for off street parking. The owner is installing a fence in the backyard that is almost completed. A single pet is allowed with the owner's discretion and approval. Some dog breeds are not allowed due to insurance limitations. Tenant pays Cleco for electricity. Water, sewage and trash is provided by Tammany Utilities - West. No Smoking. EASY TO SEE. Credit score minimum 650.

New people, new attitudes, new accents, and covington grew into a concrete jungle. I live in the north rural part of Covington. It was a quiet town, but it seemed as if everyone knew on another or a family member etc. Parents: the schools are ridiculous now. They do not teach cursive writing in school anymore... I suggest homeschooling your children or sending them to a private school. "
