  • TammyLynn Berry
"The school system is great, they do a lot of extracurricular activities out in the community with the students, like skiing or snowboarding at Wildcat mountain, and ice skating at the local ice arena."
  • Deryl M.
"Most people are great, but the opioid crisis has struck here as it has so many places. As a result, use caution when dealing with people."
  • Ari H.
"Easy. Not far from most stores. Driving distance to Walmart. Walking distance to stores, playgrounds, etc."
  • Erin Leigh Cram
"Berlin is very eclectic in that there are a myriad of syles of homes/ condition of homes side by side, maitenance of sidewalks in the winter is NONEXISTENT however preventing people from commuting by foot in the winter months comfortably"
  • Katrina P.
"People are very friendly. There is alot of school activities and athletic programs for the kids. There are alot of things for adults to do as well. Atv trails and festivals. "
  • Sophie L.
"A Biomass plant Is located a short distance away. I could probably throw a rock and hit it. Unfortunately and the biomass plant is loud "
  • Russell J. R.
"This is a fantastic area. Low crime rate. Outdoor adventures abound. Good choices of schools. It is an area where you can raise your children without constant fear of local elements. Surrounded by the White Mountains and National Forest lands, lakes and rivers for all the sport you can handle. One of the last vestiges of wildlife populations for sportsman and animal lovers alike. Several major employers assist the economy during the switch from a mill town to green energy and outdoor adventure. The only ATV park in the state is here with an intown connecting trail to services and hundreds more miles of trails. Snowmobilers always welcome, too. There is also room for growth and new business, and an incredible work ethic in the area's residents. In short, it's a great place to live. Come, bring your family and your passion! "
