Exterior white stucco with wood Rent includes lawn and weed control Complex shared with three other residential units Pets okay- $25 a month per cat

$150 non-refundable addition to security deposit Rent includes water NO basement Flexible leasing- 6 to 12 months. Other lease terms can be negotiated. Can start lease later in December There is a $25 fee per applicant and a background check. Background checks includes credit, rental and criminal history as well as verification of income.
