Building is a quadplex with three other apartments in it. Apartment is located on second floor of two story building. Exterior white stucco with wood Rent includes lawn and weed control Complex shared with three other residential units Pets okay- $25 a month per cat
$35 a month per dog
$150 non-refundable addition to security deposit Rent includes water NO basement Flexible leasing- 6 to 12 months. Other lease terms can be negotiated. Can start lease later in December There is a $25 fee per applicant and a background check. Background checks includes credit, rental and criminal history as well as verification of income.
