About this House

Two bedroom apartment located in the heart of Clintonville!

Between North High Street and Indianola Ave. It is close to both 315 and 71 as well as Como park and the Olentangy Bike trail and multiple businesses

This apartment is located on the first floor of a four unit building. It is a single story apartment with no stairs.

Available ANY time in May or early June

The apartment has been totally renovated as of summer of 2021 and renovations include:

Kitchen -

New appliances which includes refrigerator, gas range, dishwasher, mounted microwave.
New all white, soft close cabinets
Granite countertop
Tile flooring

Bathroom-

New amenities such as toilet, vanity, medicine cabinet, porcelain white steel bathtub and lighting.
Tiled wall with a black pencil accent
Water proof wood laminate flooring

Washer and dryer is included in the apartment

The windows are all new and the living room flooring was also replaced with wood laminate. The exterior is stucco facade.

NO basement

Owner is local and lives in the area

Central air was installed August 2021
The apartment includes washer and dryer in unit in closets located in the living room.

Private backyard with a privacy fence and off street parking located behind the building. Tenant will have access to two of street parking spots located behind the building, there is no additional fee for this.

NO utilities included in the rent however owner takes care of lawncare and weed removal.

PETS allowed - there is a $100 one time non-refundable pet deposit plus its $25 per month per cat and $35 per month per dog. Rent is a flat fee.

If interested applications can either be turned in via Zillow or applied directly through us. We check credit, rental history and criminal background and there is a $25 application fee per applicant.
