I am looking for a female tenant to take over my lease for a 1 private bed and bath (bed B in photo) at an apartment in Eugene The Hayward (NOT just for students!). January rent is already paid. And I am offering a $100 discount per month of rent starting February. Rent is normally $965/month excluding utilities (~50) so it will just be $865 for you! You will have one female roommate in her own private bedroom and a really spacious kitchen and living area to share. Garage and street-side parking.

1180 Willamette, ~4 minute drive to UO campus, and right next to the bus station, restaurants, shops, etc. Right down the road from central downtown area (Macdonald Theatre, Voodoo Donuts, Slice, Wells Fargo etc.).

Additional fees if applicable: $50 optional parking, per deposit

The current lease term for this unit is until August 2026 (7 months). Short-term rentals like one month, two months, etc, are also accepted!
