Second bedroom has a brand-new queen-size bed and Beautyrest mattress as well! The second bathroom is also a full bathroom with bathtub / shower surrounded by new ceramic tile. There is also a study with a desk and comfortable office chair to provide a quiet work space.

Kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need for your cooking and dining experience. Prepare the Keurig coffee maker and enjoy the taste of freshly brewed coffee! Beach towels, chairs, and a cooler are available for your pool or beach outings! You will also have access to an enclosed garage and one additional parking space. There is also plenty of extra parking for guests. There is also a new Traeger smoker for your grilling needs.

The community pool is steps from the condo. You will enjoy the benefits of a social membership which includes the clubhouse restaurants and large resort style swimming pool, daily activities and exercise classes, billiards and game rooms, state-of-the-art fitness center, sauna, 6 tennis courts, 4 pickleball courts, and Bocce ball!
