Credit scores of 700-749 will require an additional Deposit Waiver fee of 5% of a month rent
Credit scores of 650-699 will require an additional Deposit Waiver fee of 6% of a month rent
Credit scores of 600-649 will require an additional Deposit Waiver fee of 7% of a month rent
Credit scores of 550-599 will require an additional Deposit Waiver fee of 8% of a month rent
Credit scores of 500-549 will require an additional Deposit Waiver fee of 10% of a month rent

Minimum approval requirements are 3x the rent in verifiable income, adequate rental history, and an averaged credit scores between 600 and 850. Risk due to credit challenges can be offset with an additional risk mitigation fee for credit scores between 500-800.
