About this House

3 bedroom 2 bath house in a friendly and quiet neighborhood. This home is newly remodeled with fresh paint new kitchen and bathroom cabinets and appliances and hardwood flooring throughout! There is a fireplace, 2 car garage and a large yard! Comes with washer and dryer. The property is near shopping and a high-school. It is also near a mountain with hiking trails! This is a great home in a great neighborhood! Since the house is being remodeled, we do not have pictures right now but will be adding some shortly. We will be showing the house Wednesday August 7th so please call to set up an appointment!

*Home is almost finished! We need to add blinds on the windows, hardware on the kitchen doors, mirrors in the bathrooms and washer/dryer, stove, and refrigerator.

    "There’s plenty of good parks. There’s plenty of good dog parts too as well. There is still some homeless people that stay around getting off the bus. The HOA is very high over here. They’re always doing construction on the streets that seem like they have nothing wrong with them instead of fixing the streets that do need something fixed traffic is pretty busy over here. Some neighbors mind their business some don’t frequent car accidents, almost quiet area, though love and favor that it’s quiet lots of dogs over here, but people are not as friendly with letting their dogs meet other dogs plenty of food places, but you’ll get tired at the same ones over and over great access to all freeways."
