Sometimes, even though you love your home and have made many good memories there, you just outgrow it. Time for a new family to make memories of their own. This particular home is only a few blocks from Mercy Hospital if you travel one direction, and only a few blocks from Meador Park and the Battlefield Mall if you travel the other direction. Talk about location! Sellers updated the HVAC system and water heater 12 years ago, put in a new sliding glass door to the back yard, new linoleum flooring in the kitchen/dining, and new tile in the downstairs bath. The original hardwood flooring was carefully preserved in the hallway and the two downstairs bedrooms. A new roof was put on eight years ago and a ''floating'' dishwasher was added.     "Most everyone had a dog, but the issue is that some owners will leave their otherwise indoor dogs outside in their fenced backyard all day. One in particular is old, blind, and barks continuously from the moment he is put outside until he is brought back inside... which can be hours and usually begins around 7a. Not the most awesome thing for the person next door who works nights."
