This home i a very large and slightly old fashioned home. This home boost beautiful natural hardwood floors through out the main floor. The main floor has a large living room area with a fireplace, a beautiful dinging room, and and retro kitchen with all appliances contend. The second floor of this home contends 3 large bedrooms, a lovely bathroom, a second floor balcony, and access to the attic. The attic is a very large storage space or even a wonderful place space. This home also as a very large 2 car garage & full basement with several storage areas and laundry connections. This home does need some one that will love it and take great care of it. Unfortunately it does not have central air.

Our lease is for 1 yrs. and we do allow dogs of any size on this property. And we are accepting section 8 for this property. We do have a re-imbursement situation for the water. We do require renter's insurance.

    "Sims Park is Literally rite next door. the Lakefront is also Super Super Close . So it’s always safer to keep and eye on children playing outside alone , atleast for the smaller children. There is always the Memorial Day events that pass rite in from of the complex. The older residents are super sweet and actually do their own beautifying in front of their buildings. "
