You can hear the birds sing in this peaceful, green, large yard with mature trees. The house has a lovely covered porch and big back yard

Your housemates include personable, amenable, communicative, quiet homeowner who will respect your privacy, (meditation teacher, retired veterinarian, writer and artist), 3 friendly adorable dogs and 4 entertaining cats. The pets are not allowed in the rental room. All the litter boxes are located in an outside "Catio".

Your pets considered depending on logistics, personality with extra fee and deposit.

No smoking, incense or vaping inside.

Walking distance to Historic Downtown Mesa Main Street, Valley Metro Light Rail and Downtown Mesa restaurants, entertainment, microbreweries, shops and the nationally recognized Mesa Arts Center.

Convenient to Mesa, Scottsdale, Gilbert, Chandler, and parts of Phoenix.

All utilities included except for streaming or cable TV services, though smart TV included in room.

Pets considered on a case by case basis depending on temperament and logistics with a $300 non refundable pet fee and $300 refundable pet deposit.

Dedicated uncovered off street parking included and possible small amount of storage in garage.

No smoking of any kind or vaping allowed inside.

Background and credit check required.

1 year lease with 30 day notice of early cancellation by either party allowed

1 months rent security and damage deposit required. Rent paid by direct transfer by Zelle due on the 1st of the month with 5 days grace period. After the 5th $25/day late fee.

Renter responsible for appropriate maintenance and upkeep of room and bathroom, shared kitchen cleanliness. Some small appliances may not be shared. Dedicated counter space, refrigerator and freezer space. Shared dishwasher duties.

Wi-Fi printer , ink and paper may be supplied for small fee.

Home owner happy to discuss and try to meet renter's needs.

Home not handicap accessible. (Steps on porch and narrow historic doorways)

Help with lawn and garden maintenance may be negotiated as well as pet care but homeowner's responsibility.
