Great home in nice neighborhood. Community offers pool membership, thirty-eight acre lake within one mile of hospital and grocery and shops. Within ten minutes of massive shopping in flowood and pearl. This home has a full apartment plus three bedrooms and two more full baths. Formal dining and breakfast room. Large Florida room. Large den. A large storage building out back that is divided into two rooms. the master bath also features a walk in tub. Last time I checked the price of these they were around fifteen thousand dollars. Owner is still doing some things for marketing.
