Tenancy At Will Agreement - Minimum Term: 6 months, followed by a month-to-month arrangement. To move in you pay first and last month's rent, first and last water & sewer ($30 per person monthly) and $100 of condition fee. Tenant is responsible for all utilities.
Cats are welcome for an additional $45/month per cat (NO DOGS).
