Cute cute two bedroom home. Hardwood floors, tile, vinyl. Updated kitchen with new dishwasher, newer stove and newer refrigerator. Large laundry room with attached one car garage entry. Large deck for entertaining and large fenced in yard for entertaining. Great part of town in a quiet neighborhood.

Tenant pays all utilities, trash service and internet. Leases are for one year. After viewing you can go on line to apply or do a paper application with landlord. Property will be available July 1st. Pet fee is $300 non refundable at the time of occupancy. Pet insurance is preferred but if not, it is $25 extra a month. Not per pet. Please call, text or email to make an appointment for viewing. We do have a no smoking policy in the house.

    "I've lived in Rosewood Village for 4 years now. It's a nice neighborhood and I haven't seen anything to report as far as problems going on here. It's been pest free since I've been here. A big plus! I've only had a minor problem with heat and A. C. that was taken care of quickly. The staff & maintenance has been nice in handling any problems that a person may have. The laundry room is nice. A nice pool is on site too. They're remodeling the decks & I think, patio doors. I recommend Rosewood Village to anyone needing a place to live in this area! "

    "I like the amenities Briarwood has to offer. They have trash service, free water, and free internet(1gig). I feel like they could do a better job in the laundry faciltiy, keeping up with the machines. I believe with the demand for covered parking, this place could provide it. Overall, it this is a convenient location. This place is close to alot of places I like to eat and shop at. "
