Welcome to Windy Plains where you will enjoy a convenient and laid back environment which is just minutes away from Cannon Air Force Base, shopping centers, restaurants and more! We offer spacious 4-bedroom floor plans with attached single car garages, fully equipped kitchens with a dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator, and electric range, spacious closets and lawn care management! At our community we have playgrounds, a tennis court, basketball courts and a Multi-use clubhouse. We are pet friendly with no pet weight limit (certain breed restrictions do apply). We also have 24-hour emergency maintenance. We are wired for fiber internet out here and allow Satellite if you choose to have satellite TV. We offer lawn care service which is of no additional charge to you and they come out every other week! We also offer pest control through Orkin which is also free of charge and they come out every second and fourth Monday of the month! If you have any questions you are welcome to call or email at any time! I am sure we can find you a home to meet your living needs! If you would like to schedule a tour, please call and or email we can schedule tours Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00pm!

Pet Policy: Up to two pets are allowed with not weight limit in place. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $300 and this cover both pets. There are certain breed restrictions on dogs.

The neighbors have two impaired individuals living with them, and aside from feeding them, do little else to insure either their neighbor’s safety, or providing any sort of shelter for these two grown men."

    "Everything in Clovis is less than 12 minutes away. My current commute to work is 2-5 minutes. I typically drive through neighborhoods to get to work, which means there are kids and pets that’ll run across the street from time to time. Other than work I use the main roads and there is never heavy traffic, and very few inconsiderate drivers."
