About this House

What's unique:Eat-in kitchenGas range
Now available at The Patricia Apartments is a wonderful, spacious and comfortable top floor (3rd) studio apartment. It has nice views of San Francisco and the Bay Bridge. Located in a charming period building that has many architectural features that are hard to find today...it's a gem!

The floors are real solid oak hardwood - not engineered and not veneers. The arched entrance to the living room gives you a warm and classy feeling.

The eat-in kitchen has a nice gas range, which most cooks prefer. The full bathroom has a shower and tub for taking a good soak after a long day. The Patricia Apartments is an easy 5 blocks to the BART station, and is 3 blocks to a grocery store and restaurants. It's close to all freeways, convenient to Marin, San Francisco, Oakland, and all points towards Sacramento.

The backyard is lovely and has picnic tables to enjoy the fresh air. If you have a green thumb and would like to grow some herbs, or tomatoes, etc., you are invited! The coinless laundry is fantastic - you can operate the machines from an app on your phone.

To qualify, your minimum full-time income should be $24/hour for single occupancy, or $20/hour full time per person for double occupancy.

"I don’t feel safe in this neighborhood and I wouldn’t let my kids play outside without me being present. There’s a lot of diversity in this are but there’s also a lot of ignorance that creates many problems all around. I feel like not enough of us have the guts to actually make a difference in this neighborhood and we all keep to ourselves. "
  • Azucena S.
