The unit comes unfurnished, but we're happy to leave the black shelving and kitchen table if desired.

Step outside to a large fenced backyard featuring a pergola, shaded seating, and plenty of grass and concrete space ideal for enjoying sunny Utah afternoons. Utilities, high-speed internet, and driveway parking are included in the rent.

This home is best suited for 1 2 quiet, respectful tenants. We live upstairs with our three kids, so there may be some occasional noise, but we're a quiet family and value peaceful living. Smoking is not permitted. Pets are welcome on a case-by-case basis with an additional pet fee.

We are open to pets and would like to meet them in the in-person showing.
