This spacious studio has plenty of natural light to warm the space featuring big windows, full bathroom and bathtub. This unit offers new two-tone paint, faux wood blinds, and new electrical sub-panel. The separate kitchen includes a stove, refrigerator, a SS range hood, granite countertop. The unit has tile floors in the bathroom & kitchen and vinyl plank flooring in the rest of the unit. There are two large closets with plenty of extra storage space. The building has secured access and a on-site laundry facility, an on-site manager and is just a short distance away from all the restaurants, shopping and entertainment that Downtown Long Beach has to offer. Local Freeways are in close proximity for travel.

Qualifications:

1. Applicant should not pose a risk of harm to the rental property or others
2. Monthly household Income must be at least two and half (2.5) times the monthly rent
3. One Year of verifiable employment and rental history
4. Will not accept collections, judgements, or evictions from previous landlord(s)
5. Clear Copies of a Government photo issued ID AND Social Security or ITIN AND Proof of income (minimum 3 most current paystubs)
6. Credit FICO score of 660 or higher
7. $50 money order or cashier's check payable to Berro Management for the Application Fee per Adult
8. Co-signers are only accepted for Full-time students (Co-signers must make four (4) times the monthly rent)
