The separate kitchen includes a stove, new SS range hood, has granite countertop, updated floors, and new carpet. There are two large closets plus plenty of extra storage space. The building has secured access and a on-site laundry facility, an on-site manager and is just a short distance away from all the restaurants, shopping and entertainment that Downtown Long Beach has to offer. Local Freeways are in close proximity for travel.

Qualifications:

1. Applicant should not pose a risk of harm to the rental property or others
2. Monthly household Income must be at least two and half (2.5) times the monthly rent
3. One Year of verifiable employment and rental history
4. Will not accept collections, judgements, or evictions from previous landlord(s)
5. Clear Copies of a Government photo issued ID AND Social Security or ITIN AND Proof of income (minimum 3 most current paystubs)
6. Credit FICO score of 660 or higher
7. $50 money order or cashier's check payable to Berro Management for the Application Fee per Adult
8. Co-signers are only accepted for Full-time students (Co-signers must make four (4) times the monthly rent)
