These units are for one person, with carpeting and a private bath and refrigerator. They also have a sliding glass door to private patio/balcony. The quints are 5 apartments to a hallway. You will be sharing a kitchen/dining area with the other 4 residents, complete with 2 stoves, double sink, garbage disposal and each resident has their own cabinets. There is also a storage area at the end of the hall with a floor to ceiling lockable storage area for each resident. We have a community room that features a cable-ready TV, Coke and snack machine with a restroom just down the hall. This building also has our laundry area in it and the laundry room is accessible 24 hours a day. We are on the bus line and close to shopping and the fairgrounds. We have 2 parking lots for your convenience. At the office we have a large selection of videos that can be checked out for your use as well as vacuum cleaners. We sell stamps, have change and copying and faxing are also available.
