The sunsets-well, let's just say you have to see them to believe them. They are "stop you in your tracks" good. The house is a three-story, three-bedroom duplex.

The main floor features a spacious kitchen and dining table. You can feed an army here. The living room is filled with windows- all surrounding a gas burning fireplace. The main level of the house features an open concept living room, dining area, and kitchen. There is also one bedroom with an attached bath. The upper level has another master with en-suite as well as a loft with a sleeper sofa. The lowest level of the house is the perfect spot for all the kids. A separate bedroom, a bunk space, pool table, and even a mini-fridge. There is not a sitting area on the lower level. Laundry and a full bathroom are also on the lowerest level. One car garage, a hot tub, a fully equipped kitchen, and linens are on the property.

Tenants are responsible for trash, gas, electric, tv and internet. Water, sewer, hot tub maintenance and snow removal are included in the monthly rent.

There is a wonderful Town park and also a great day-care facility. The free Town bus stop is in the neighborhood so you can take the bus to town or it's close enough to walk! The bus also stops at the ski gondola. This neighborhood offers energy and vibrancy in a resort town where most of the homes are second homes. Community events like trick-or-treat on Halloween, a visit from Santa, and a Summer Solstice celebration are annual events. Neighbors often get together for bbq's, "women's night", movie night on the "green", or camp outs. Organized races start or end at the many nearby trails.
