The upper level has another master with en-suite as well as a loft with a sleeper sofa. The lowest level of the house is the perfect spot for all the kids. A separate bedroom, a bunk space, pool table, and even a mini-fridge. There is not a sitting area on the lower level. Laundry and a full bathroom are also on the lowerest level. One car garage, a hot tub, a fully equipped kitchen, and linens are on the property.
Tenants are responsible for trash, gas, electric, tv and internet. Water, sewer, hot tub maintenance and snow removal are included in the monthly rent.
