Completely Renovated, Really Cool Unit with Crooked Floors!

As you can see from the photos, this unit is very cool and completely updated!

A few things that needs to be noted:
The floors are very crooked, as seen in the photos. The cupboards and appliances are all level- it's the floors that are wavy!
The unit is located above the nail salon and next to Amtrak.

Other than this, the unit is really nice! And did you see this price?

The rent is $1,300 INCLUDING heat and hot water. Tenants pay their own electricity and wifi.

While there are no laundry hook ups for this unit, there are several laundry mats close by.

This unit is available for immediate occupancy! A one year lease is required.

    "8 years great place to live and lots of kids to grow up with. Also pet friendly and good restaurants and shops. Parades in fall and winter. City work is clean and quick and they are responsive. "

    "Nice walkways, 1-2 mile walk with sidewalks are common in our community. Drivers are courteous and yield to dog walkers. It’s a nice walk… especially in the fall when the leaves are turning color, there are maple as and oaks and ginkgo trees that are a spectacle of color. Very enjoyable."
