Hello, my name is Jake and this is a family business. I like to offer evenings for showings until at least about 7pm. Know that my posted dates are not exhaustive. Please also reach out if you need more flexibility and don't hesitate to contact via messaging or text for more media and information.

This house is tucked in the middle of the Taylor block off West 11th. There's space for two cars on the gravel driveway. Inside is a living room opening up to two bedrooms and a bathroom. Upstairs is a third room that spans the breadth of the house. In the kitchen is an electric stove and a full suite of appliances excepting microwave. For heating and cooling, there is a programmable mini split (see: living room) and each individual room has a wall heater.

The renter pays utilities. The lease begins at one year, rolling over into monthly or as agreed.
