Beautiful 2BR/1 BATH in wonderful school district! Very spacious living room with lots of light, open concept dining area, and full kitchen with tons of cabinets.

Both bedrooms are nice and large with excellent size closets (one is 11x11, master is 12x14). Unit has a terrific walkout balcony with room for a propane/electric grill and more! Larger bathroom with built-in storage and tub/shower combo. Unit has in-unit laundry room with washer/dryer and plenty of space for extra storage.

Excellent location with easy access to I-355 and lots of nearby shopping/restaurants.

Tenant pays electric bill - other utilities, trash service, dedicated close parking spot, etc are included in rent. This unit is on the first floor, but does require stairs to navigate up to that level and the building does not have an elevator.

Unit is set in a large residential neighborhood with local walking paths, wooded areas with pond, a forest preserve, and children's park.
