The sunroom/dining room is breathtaking. 3 skylights, huge windows overlooking the backyard, fill the room with beautiful light all day.

Huge trees tower over the large, fenced backyard, making it feel tranquil and private. The pool can be heated and the hot tub can be used year round, so you can soak your cares away!

The house is very spacious with 4 bedrooms and a private office space with an adjustable height computer desk and 27 inch monitor. Perfect for any work from home guests.

The kitchen is stocked with all of the essentials including an air fryer and a state of the art coffee maker with milk steamer.

The neighborhood is very quiet, and walking distance to the local high school, if you like to watch football, baseball, soccer, & tennis.

Tenants will have use of entire residence. Owners do not live on-site.

Security deposit and first month's rent due at signing. Month to month lease terms available. Please inquire with property manager for details and terms.

Utilities are included in rent.

Tenant MUST participate in implementation phone call with property managers, prior to move in date. Tenant must sign off and agree to house rules/pet rules prior to move in.

Pet rent is $199 per pet, every month.

Aside from that there are multiple schools and parks located within the town and are all mostly within walking distance from one another. A lot of new restaurants are popping up as of recent as well. Go check them out if you get a chance. "
