Ideally Located

This furnished apartment is located in Milpitas in Santa Clara County, just north of San Jose. Set between the two major freeways (I-880 and I-680) of Silicon Valley, Milpitas is prized for its convenient location and is home to Cisco, Lifescan, SanDisk, and several other major tech companies. The city is diverse and has a well-educated population and excellent schools, making it a good choice for families. Milpitas is home to great shopping, including notable Asian markets and The Great Mall of the Bay Area. While most residents rely on cars to get around, a light rail line opened in 2004, and an extension of BART is planned for the near future. Milpitas is progressive and conveniently located, making it an ideal Bay Area location.

"I've lived in Milpitas for ten years and it's rapidly transforming. The schools are top tier in the newer residential neighborhoods and there's a nice urban+suburban feel to the area. Trader Joe's , Great Mall, and many parks are close by and it's very safe. Only Main Street remains an eyesore."
