We do work on a first come, first serve basis. We will only hold the unit once a deposit is received and your application is approved.

Applications are processed on a first come, first serve basis. If an application is accepted prior to your submission, your application fee will be refunded. If we process your credit report and background check, your fee WILL NOT be refunded. If you apply and you do not meet the criteria below, you WILL NOT be refunded.

Proof of renters insurance required before move-in. $15 monthly fee for not having insurance

Pets: $250 per pet non-refundable fee. $40 monthly pet rent per pet.

In the application, ask if your dog's breed is accepted. The property owner's insurance policy does not allow "aggressive breeds" or animals with a history of biting on the property. We do not charge additional deposits or fees for documented service/companion animals.

Aggressive breeds include: pitbulls, dobermans, Rottweilers, malamutes, akitas, Staffordshire terriers, presa canarios, wolves, wolf hybrids, or any other animal deemed to be aggressive, dangerous, vicious, or having bitten someone MAY NOT be moved in prior to owner approval.

Renter Qualification Requirements:
- Please send last 3 MONTHS Paystubs ( Clear Copy )
- Gross monthly income must be 3 times the rental price (before taxes and deductions)
- No felonies
- No misdemeanor charges within 5 years
- No bankruptcies in the last 5 years
- No previous evictions
- No previous drug charges
- Positive rental references
- Verifiable rental history
- Minimum credit score of 500
