Great open home with high ceilings. Located close to Memorial Rd. - shares an Edmond address with OKC utilities and perks, has 3 bedrooms, and 2 baths, master has a walk in closet. Nice, open appearance in living room area. Two garage automatic openers. Located in a quiet neighborhood with full, fenced, backyard and deck. Super neighbors. Deposit is the same as rent and paid upon signing of lease agreement. You can request an Application be emailed to you. Please include number of pets, and your requested move-in date. Also, state the number of persons in your party, only adults need to submit an application. No smoking is allowed inside of the house. Only fully house trained pets will be considered with non-refundable pet deposit and monthly pet fee. The carpets are quite new. Lease is 12 months- sign up for a time to come and see.

COME STAY WITH US! Beautiful home, with extra tall ceiling in great room area, raised dining room area with a view of the back deck. Lease period is 12 months with allowed renewal. First months rent and the security deposit are the same amount. The Security deposit is due prior to move in. Rent is $1,675 /mo. Applications are needed for each adult occupant. This home location is very close to shopping and groceries etc. and is located close to main artery to the city. The address is Edmond, but the utilities are Oklahoma City, for electric, trash, and water. Tenants pay utilities. This lovely home is located in a great, quiet neighborhood with a full shed in the back yard for all your lawn equipment and bicycle. There is a large deck and a lower barbeque area in the back yard, along with a great backyard fence- fully enclosed. There are ceiling fans in each of the bedrooms and the master with Central heat and air that works great. There is a 2 car garage with a garage door automatic opener, ( other side already has an automatic door opener too). 3 nice sized bedrooms with closets and master has a large walk in closet for plenty of storage. Please let us know about your pet family members too. Pets are allowed with a pet deposit (non-refundable), and a per month fee ($35, or $50 for 2 pets). Rottweilers and pit bulls are not allowed (per insurance). Any pet must be fully house-trained and current on shots. Available for move in after Oct 10, 2025.
