**Note: We charge a $200/month flat fee for ALL utilities, which includes hi speed wifi, electric, water, trash, and smart TV with HBO, Netflix, and YouTube TV(50+ live channels including local) and a number of others. No need to pay any bills here. Just write one check each month.

This is on the 2nd floor of our private residence, but it feels like its own private home. There is a shared foyer, but the interior windows and deck space have no sight lines to the other floors. There is a ton of natural light(the sun rises over the water each morning and can be enjoyed on the deck), dedicated off street parking, high speed internet, washer/dryer(this is in the shared foyer), ceiling fans, full kitchen, 55 inch 4K SmartTV, its own heating/AC, and your own private 25 foot high, 150 square foot deck with incredible views of the bay and wetlands. There is an abundance of wildlife here: eagles, hawks, cranes, egrets, osprey, robins, doves, squirrels, ducks and a deer family that comes right in the yard. This is a bird watcher's paradise as we are on the edge of protected wetlands. We are right on the Back River and you can put one of our kayaks in right the backyard, or go relax on the outdoor swinging chair at the river's edge. We are tucked away in a small and quiet community. We are dog friendly. There are dogs in the house and other pups on our street that our friendly neighbors walk everyday. Come enjoy the peace and natural beauty of this place.

This unit is furnished and has a fully stocked kitchen, but could be unfurnished for a long term tenant. Rent listed is for one person. For a couple the rent will increase $100. This is on the 2nd floor but there are two flights of stairs to reach it as the house is elevated and one set of stairs is outside. Contact me and we can set up a showing. Thanks, Tim
