"I just moved into the neighborhood a week ago. I’m familiar with Germantown, MD. A lot has been built up over the last 20 years. It’s very diverse community regarding all ethnic races. I’ve met some of my neighbors. They seem very nice & pleasant. I like the fact the main trash days are twice per week, and recycle trash is once a week. Groundskeepers maintain the neighborhoods. Area is very quite. You can walk your dog at any time day or night. There’s plenty of lightning around the area as well. "
