This home has a Moen Flo smart system to monitor the water and shut it off automatically should water run for too long (this was a requirement recently from the homeowner's insurance provider). This home has Central Heating, AC, and a Whole House Fan, and is on Sewer. Please note that any stoppages or clogs will be the tenant's responsibility during the lease. Be careful what goes down all drains.
