Large jobs like trimming trees and annual cleaning to be booked and paid for by owner when deemed necessary. Pet insurance is required if renter has a dog(s). Property is not fully fenced and cannot guarantee a loose dog won't get out. No storage of vehicles except for registered vehicles of the renter. No industrial or mechanical business permitted on property. Available for an initial 1-2 year lease with potential of longer term after the 1-2 year period.     "Super close to the transit station, and Vista Village is beautiful. There’s a nice little trail and stream with ducks all over it near the water park and it’s a nice stroll if you like taking the scenic route. The view from the top of the hill at the apartment complex is to die for."
