"There is a close dog park nearby with small and large dog sides Lake Druid. Also there are lots of bike paths if your dog runs alongside or in a backpack."
  • Kitty C.
"Great affordable neighborhood with a home school vibe. Some great retail and dining options nearby. "
  • Gingerellascastle
"Some of the sidewalks are only on one side of the street. I wish they were on both sides. Down Virginia street there are sidewalks on the opposite side. You have to cross Virginia, which can be busy, to get to the sidewalk. I don't like to walk on the side of the street."
  • Gingerellascastle
"I love being able to walk or bike ride to local restaurants and bars. it is a safe neiborhood with a lot to offer."
  • Gingerella
"Great restaurants, shops and bars. Can bike ride to College Park, Audubon Park and downtown Orlando."

  • Kat B.
"7 minutes door to door to my downtown office! We are hoping to find a home to buy in this area because we have grown to love it so much as renters."
  • jagarcia89
"Proximity to everything: some of the beat restaurants, breweries, bars, and every store you could ever need but still quiet. Tons of bike paths. Great parks"
  • jagarcia89
"This neighborhood has it all. Centrally located to all desirable areas. Mills 50, Audubon park, Downtown, Colonialtown, the Milk District, and Winter Park. Bike paths everywhere and even a bike park with adjacent dog park and community garden. Tons of Bars, Restaurants, and parks within a short bike or walk."
  • Carmen H.
"This area has it all, from restaurants, parks, scenery, bars etc and still retains the quietness you want."
  • FriendlyLocal
"Traffic on Virginia and Corrine can be dangerous and parking can be tough. Still, if you can get into this area, don't hesitate. The community is excellent, friendly and involved. The schools are A rated and funnel into the A rated Winter Park High. The night life is awesome, walking distance from the bars and shops on Corrine 5 minutes from Mills, Colonial Drive, the mall, the movies and Baldwin Park. Plus your less than 15 minutes from downtown Orlando, Edgewater, Ivanhoe and Winterpark. Leu Gardens also has some really cool stuff going on. So if your into the city life at an affordable price come join the neighborhood. "
  • Sanickala
"really awful. Bad crime. Area smells really bad."
