Nice ocean view from patios and cool ocean breeze sure feels nice when it's so hot in the summer. Large private, outdoor patio area. Modern Murphys bed allows for an instant family room during the day. Reading/sitting room under a beautiful arched window. Kitchen and bathroom are tiled. Bathroom has newer vanity. Stove/Refrigerator/Washer/Dryer are all included. Granite Countertops in kitchen. Vaulted Ceilings makes it feel larger. Secured, dedicated, parking is included. 1-2 cars. All yard care is taken cared of--its like living in a condo.
Rent is $1695 + flat rate $100 for utilities (water, septic, garbage, internet, direct TV, PGE-Electricity, yard/landscaping ) = Total Monthly = $1795 per month
